 Need info on controlling feedback on incoming BHO feeds

I use an iPhone, mostly, to go on forums, it is connected by wifi to Mac computer. Hundreds of messages coming through a day, wether I'm on line or not, even subjects I have not responded to. It's blocking other mail from other places.

I know it's easy and annoying to subscribe for forums. Not sure what else there is to subscribe to on bho.
