Pages taking much longer to load

Have noticed last few days the pages are taking a long time to go from one to another....used to be very fast. I always keep my computer defragged and run spyware almost daily.

Anyone noticed the same.

Group Home Page

For images/folders uploaded for a Group Home Page, is there a way to dedicate the images/folders to the Group Home page, so that they don't show up on my personal Home Page? Or else is there a way to set up a Group Home Page folder on my home page, to separate out my personal images from the Group Home Page images? This is for the Banjo Head Decoration Group Home Page.

Why do I get "http:/googleads.g.doubleclick.net/page" in my history, between every page I look at ?

I have popups blocked. It has only started happening recently. I loathe and detest this "feature".

When I click "back" on IE, nothing happens. I have to remember to do it TWICE on this site, and THREE TIMES on the Fiddlehangout.com just to go back one page. Doesn't happen on other sites that I frequent.

How do we get rid of this.??

It seemed like a good idea at the time to get an email notification of new postings on the groups I'm part of but it's gotten to be too much for my email in box. It says on the email that to quit getting them go to the group page and click on the subscription options " but there's no such thing to click on". How do I get rid of this service and just limit myself to being part of the groups?

Our Video Pages / Display Video Missing

Just wanted to report an observation. When you access a persons videos from their home page, the display video is now missing. The comments, play # and like info is still there but the video itself is gone. Near as we can figure, this started 2 days ago. I had just uploaded a video a few days ago and thought it was only happenin to me becuase of recent FF / Youtube probs but when I contacted others, they reported the same thing on their own pages as well as others. You can still click on any members video on the RH side and it will play but just wanted to report this glitch.

Threads not archived?

Eric--

I have noticed that threads I have begun in the past are not even in BHO archives.

For example, I had started a thread months ago called "Even The Myans have Debunked 2012." That is nowhere to be found. It was not that long ago. I see threads in the archive going back years.

Any ideas as to why some of my threads are not archived?

Log in no longer lands you where you need to be

It used to be if you clicked "Reply to This Topic" on any forum and were not logged in, you would be re-directed to log in, and once you did, you would again be re-directed to the screen to reply to that topic you just clicked on.

Well, no longer. I've been away from BHO a few months, and that no longer works.

Now, you click on Reply to Topic, log in, and you are plopped onto your own home page instead.

Eric, please fix that.

This is weird -

I just had reason to contact a member via private message. When I ran a search for his BHO handle and I tried to access his home page from the link to it after running the search, as soon as his home page opened it somehow logged me off the hangout so I could not access any of the logged in member privileges. I tried it several times with the same result.

I tried a different approach by going to a thread the member posted to and clicked on his user name there and was transported to his home page without me getting logged off the hangout.

So to test it again I ran a search for another member, tried to access their home page and was logged off again.

So looks like a bug associated with the search function when looking for access to a member home page.

Running W7, Firefox for what that's worth.

Chat room login help??

I just bought a new laptop. I am trying to login into the chat room. I have downloaded the java app as I did with the previous computer. Problem I am having is that when I click enter chat room, instead of using java the computer is trying to use windows media center to open it. Not sure how to fix this. I have searched all through my settings an defaults an dont see anything that will fix this. This computer is literally one day old. Does everything else great. Any advice from someone more computer smart than me would be great. Getting in the chat again is the main reason I bought this computer.... HELP! LOL

Uploading pictures MESSED UP

I uploaded 2 pictures a few days ago and wow, there's about 10 of each - no, I didn't fall asleep on the enter key.

What's up with that?

I've just deleted 3 pictures but multiples of the description remain. The images no longer appear on my page, you need to click on "view all pictures" before you get to see any images.

Hey Eric, i just tried to renew my membership but it looks like there is no United Kingdom, Great Britain or England option on the HO shipping calculator so i was unable to complete the transaction.

Its got Uzbekistan, but not the UK.

Web Page doesn't fit on screen

Every time I come to BHO the pages are cut off on all side. I can't see the whole header or use the search field. All of the info on the sides of the page is crammed in and the center over laps so that you can't see everything along the sides. There also is no scrolling side to side to fix it. What's wrong?

FMB tabs vanished! Any ideas?

I was using some wonderful TablEdited versions of FMB - particularly the ones with multiple variations. One was "fmb variations" and the other was "fmb w3variations". I'm unable to find them anymore and am wondering if anyone might have a lead on them. They seem not to have survived "The Troubles" of early April.

This site is the best resource ever, so massive gratitute to Eric and all who contribute.

Before the recent server brouhaha - if one were browsing without having logged in, and wanted to reply to a topic, then they would get a dialog box to log in before replying......after having logged in, however, the browser window would then return automatically to the topic to which they wanted to reply in the first place. Which was a good thing IMO.

Now the poster is brought to their home page and forced to navigate back to the topic.

Which sucks because I can't remember too well and I forget which topic I was looking at.....

Jukebox not working on the PC

Gang,

I've not been able to get the jukebox to play on the PC for WEEKS now. It plays on my Mac OS devices just fine, but the Windows box just has the music loading forever without ever getting to the point where it can play. I've reloaded both Quicktime and Windows Media Player as well as making sure that I have the latest Java update. I know that I'm probably missing something simple. Can I get a nudge in the right direction?

Major fault in log ins?

Since the crash last week... I have been unable to log into the HO.. Any way that I tryed I keep getting and Unsecured Site warning on each page/attempt.. and was warned off each time, by a comprimised, not recommended warning..

Today I went for it anyway and finally after a half dozen attempts and pass word resets made it in (I hope. Have been able to read most of the posts during the time interval, but that was all, with continual refreshment...

I notice that a lot of the "regulars" have not been posting... Are they running into the same lockout???

Needs to be looked at and checked Eric....

Hey guys, today I switched from the mobile site to the regular site on my iPhone because I was trying to post something and I couldn't figure out how to do it on the mobile site. Anyhow, now I can't figure out how to get back to the mobile site. Even when I go to my bookmarks it just takes me to the regular site now. Any idea how to get the mobile back??

Spacing for paragraphs

I am not sure when this started happening and I have tried to figure it out but when I type a response to a subject on the BHO, all of my writing gets jumbled into one big paragraph. I try to space between ideas, paragraphs and any inserts in the conversation, but when I post it to the BHO it all gets jumbled together into one paragraph. What am I missing? Dogfeathers

BHO Emails going to Junk Folder

I have had several emails from BHO got to my "Junk Folder". I continue to mark these as "Not Junk" but it still happens. Some of these were for classified responses or Teacher inquiries. Emails from Banjo Buyer . com come through OK.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can stop this on my end?

I hadn't been able to log in for the last 4 days so I sent an e-mail to Eric asking him for help and sure enough Eric came through and I'm able to log in now. Don't know what the problem was as I hadn't changed my password. Anyway, thanks Eric.

Is is possible to change my user name? I can't do it from my homepage. When I first joined I just used my email username, and I would rather not continue.

Does this mean they are gone permanently, that they may come back but some posts will be deleted or what. Can you tell us what the review process is? If the topic will not come back, will there be an explanation given as to why it was removed? I think explaining the process a little more will help people stay within the boundaries.
